Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF11-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,237 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF11-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of establishment of protein localization, Establishment or maintenance of cell polarity, and Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MARCHF11-AS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF11-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF11-AS1 results are reported.
