MARCHF10-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF10-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,508 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF10-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with MARCHF10-DT in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF10-DT-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF10-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process grouped by MARCHF10-DT-low versus MARCHF10-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF10-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF10-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
