Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MARCHF10-DT RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of MARCHF10-DT’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where MARCHF10-DT RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types MARCHF10-DT is over-expressed in tumor.
ESCA and KIRC are the cancer types where MARCHF10-DT tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
