MAPT-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPT-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,716 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPT-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPT-IT1, MAPT, and STH. Each is linked with MAPT-AS1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPT-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPT-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPT-AS1 versus MAPT-IT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPT-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPT-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
