Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,718 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGIP, MVP, and KCND3. Each is linked with MAPK9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK9-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK9 versus IGIP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
