MAPK9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,976 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVII-44-2, OR8Q1P, and RARRES2P5. Each is linked with MAPK9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK9-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVII-44-2 grouped by MAPK9-low versus MAPK9-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
