Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,276 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MAPK9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK9-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint grouped by MAPK9-low versus MAPK9-high in OVARY.
