Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, MMP27, and KRTAP12-3. Each is linked with MAPK9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK9-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by MAPK9-low versus MAPK9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
