Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,874 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, TTC25_S542, and NUDCD1. Each is linked with MAPK15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK15-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK15 versus SCRIB in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
