Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAPK15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAPK15 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MAPK15 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAPK15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRP show a favorable association.
COAD, ACC, and HNSC are the cancer types where MAPK15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
