Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 835 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-506P, C11orf98, and MRPS18C. Each is linked with MAPK15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK15-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-506P grouped by MAPK15-low versus MAPK15-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
