Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK15-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Cadherin, p90 RSK, and ARID1A. Each is linked with MAPK15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK15-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK15 results are reported.
