MAPK13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,646 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK13-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf132, ARHGAP27, and PRKCD. Each is linked with MAPK13 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK13-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK13 versus C6orf132 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
