Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,217 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK13-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKT3, GLIPR2, and FCHSD2. Each is linked with MAPK13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK13-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK13 versus AKT3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
