Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 249 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK13-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1143P2, MIR3925, and RN7SL677P. Each is linked with MAPK13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK13-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIAA1143P2 grouped by MAPK13-low versus MAPK13-high in CESC.
