Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,389 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to anisomycin, Cellular response to molecule of fungal origin, and Response to sorbitol. Each is linked with MAPK13 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK13-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK13 results are reported.
