Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,317 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD82, LINC01986, and RN7SKP43. Each is linked with MAPK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK1 results are reported.
