Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,358 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRB, NME5, and CFAP206. Each is linked with MAP9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP9-to-partner and partner-to-MAP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP9 versus GLRB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
