MAP7D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP7D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,026 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP7D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAV12-3, PRF1, and TRAJ39. Each is linked with MAP7D1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP7D1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP7D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAV12-3 grouped by MAP7D1-low versus MAP7D1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP7D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP7D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
