MAP4K5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,219 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, MIR4798, and RNA5SP461. Each is linked with MAP4K5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by MAP4K5-low versus MAP4K5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
