MAP3K8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,186 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFD, PHPT1, and MIR8063. Each is linked with MAP3K8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K8-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDGFD grouped by MAP3K8-low versus MAP3K8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
