Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K7CL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,658 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K7CL-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP22-1, RNU6-1040P, and MIR378E. Each is linked with MAP3K7CL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K7CL-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K7CL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP22-1 grouped by MAP3K7CL-low versus MAP3K7CL-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K7CL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K7CL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
