Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,092 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERI2, KAT8, and PDPK1. Each is linked with MAP3K21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K21-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K21 versus ERI2 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
