Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,963 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mucus secretion, IMP biosynthetic process, and Cellular response to 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzodioxine. Each is linked with MAP3K15 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K15-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K15 results are reported.
