MAP3K14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,924 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFAP1, RITA1, and AP2B1. Each is linked with MAP3K14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K14-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MFAP1 grouped by MAP3K14-low versus MAP3K14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
