MAP2K3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,421 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM11, TNFRSF12A, and DHRS7B. Each is linked with MAP2K3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K3 versus TMEM11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
