MAP1S

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1S RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,062 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1S-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMAN1, MLYCD, and NACC1. Each is linked with MAP1S in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1S-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP1S versus LMAN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
