MAP1S

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1S protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,439 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1S-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF333, C19orf44, and RECK. Each is linked with MAP1S in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1S-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP1S versus ZNF333 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
