MAP1S

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1S mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,445 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1S-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, XPO7, and KIF23. Each is linked with MAP1S in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1S-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFC5 grouped by MAP1S-low versus MAP1S-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
