MAP1S

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1S mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1S-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, HSP70, and XBP1. Each is linked with MAP1S in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1S-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by MAP1S-low versus MAP1S-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
