Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP1S RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,819 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1S-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Establishment of mitochondrion localization, microtubule-mediated. Each is linked with MAP1S in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1S-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1S results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate grouped by MAP1S-low versus MAP1S-high in KIDNEY.
