Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1LC3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 534 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1LC3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP95, FGF7P5, and RNU6-518P. Each is linked with MAP1LC3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1LC3C-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1LC3C results are reported.
