Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP1LC3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 933 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1LC3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of glutamate secretion, Negative regulation of amino acid metabolic process, and Positive regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with MAP1LC3C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1LC3C-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1LC3C results are reported.
