MAOB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAOB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,887 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN8, SERPINA5, and ATP1B1. Each is linked with MAOB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAOB-to-partner and partner-to-MAOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAOB versus TSPAN8 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
