MANF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MANF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,181 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALR, GMPPB, and CRELD2. Each is linked with MANF in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANF-to-partner and partner-to-MANF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MANF versus CALR in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
