MANEA-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MANEA-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,089 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MANEA-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, OPLAH_T151, and CDC40. Each is linked with MANEA-DT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MANEA-DT-to-partner and partner-to-MANEA-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MANEA-DT versus PSIP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MANEA-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MANEA-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
