Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MANEA-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MANEA-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MANEA-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MANEA-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and READ show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and READ are the cancer types where MANEA-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
