MAN2B2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,129 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR1, RPL5, and PA2G4. Each is linked with MAN2B2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2B2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN2B2 versus WDR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
