MAN2B2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2B2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Lck, and E-Cadherin. Each is linked with MAN2B2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2B2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by MAN2B2-low versus MAN2B2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
