Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAN2B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,579 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mannose metabolic process, Vacuole organization, and Glycoprotein catabolic process. Each is linked with MAN2B2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2B2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2B2 results are reported.
