The most reproducible MAN2B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL1, MC3R, and FAM25C. Each is linked with MAN2B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2B2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2B2 results are reported.
