Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,952 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAN2B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAGA, HEXA, and GNS. Each is linked with MAN2B1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2B1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN2B1 versus NAGA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
