MAN2B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS2, NDUFA6, and HCAR1. Each is linked with MAN2B1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2B1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GINS2 grouped by MAN2B1-low versus MAN2B1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
