MAN2B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAN2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNG, FAM71C, and SCRT2. Each is linked with MAN2B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2B1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNG grouped by MAN2B1-low versus MAN2B1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
