MAN2A1-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2A1-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,721 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2A1-DT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAN2A1, PPP1R3F, and TTC1. Each is linked with MAN2A1-DT in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2A1-DT-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2A1-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN2A1-DT versus MAN2A1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2A1-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2A1-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
