Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAN2A1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAN2A1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MAN2A1-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAN2A1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and ACC show a favorable association.

READ, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where MAN2A1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
