Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2A1-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,104 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2A1-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 3'-splice site recognition, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Ribosomal small subunit export from nucleus. Each is linked with MAN2A1-DT in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2A1-DT-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2A1-DT results are reported.
