MAN1C1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN1C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,022 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1C1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, SGCD, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with MAN1C1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1C1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN1C1 versus PDLIM7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN1C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN1C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
