MAN1C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAN1C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 156 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, AVPR1B, and FOXB2. Each is linked with MAN1C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1C1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXT grouped by MAN1C1-low versus MAN1C1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN1C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN1C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
