MAN1B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN1B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,810 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BL1P, AP1B1P2, and MIRLET7G. Each is linked with MAN1B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1B1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BL1P grouped by MAN1B1-low versus MAN1B1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
